If repairs are needed, a punch list will be developed

• Client can get punch list of items done utilizing their own resources, or
• I can oversee the job to be done utilizing the client's own personnel, or
• I can oversee the job to be done utilizing outside companies / employees.

If modification and/or redesign of the system is needed, a written recommendation will be completed.

• Work can completed the same as above.

STEP IV

Formal and Informal Audit

"Formal": Utilize the following to establish the percentage of efficiency of irrigation system and prepare schedules for programming irrigation clocks using ET methods.

• Setting out cups
• Turning on systems
• Testing each system individually
• Calculating percentages

"Informal": Utilize over 25 years of experience to set forth my "best guess" as to the efficiency of the irrigation systems and prepare schedules for programming the irrigation clocks using ET methods.
